Key Responsibilities

1. Video Content Strategy & Deployment

• Develop and execute video content strategies across global DTC websites.
• Design localized video strategies based on customer personas, shopping behaviors, and market preferences.
• Optimize video placement across key customer touchpoints, including homepage, product pages, category pages, and checkout pages, to improve customer engagement and conversion.

2. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

• Own key performance metrics including GMV, conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, engagement, and page performance generated through video content.
• Establish performance tracking dashboards and reporting mechanisms to evaluate content effectiveness across global websites.
• Analyze data regularly to identify high-performing and underperforming content, scaling successful assets while removing ineffective ones.
• Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to continuously improve content effectiveness.

3. Content Planning & Resource Coordination

• Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to define video production requirements.
• Coordinate localization and adaptation of video assets for different regions.
• Manage production resources and budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).

4. Market Insights & Product Understanding

• Research customer behavior, purchasing journeys, and video consumption preferences across target markets.
• Develop strong knowledge of product features, customer pain points, use cases, and competitive positioning.
• Translate product value propositions into engaging video storytelling.
• Generate market insight reports to support ecommerce operations and content strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce Operations, DTC Operations, Digital Commerce, or Sales Operations.
• Experience supporting global or regional ecommerce platforms is preferred.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
