Job Summary

You will develop and maintain BIM models, coordinate with project teams, and produce detailed drawings to support construction projects, ensuring accuracy and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to ensure accuracy and project alignment
• Analyze BIM models and generate detailed reports to identify improvement opportunities and potential issues
• Collaborate with project team members, consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to coordinate BIM development and implementation
• Ensure compatibility of all BIM models and accessibility of BIM data to all project participants for seamless collaboration
• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit to support construction activities
• Manage construction documents and track submissions to maintain project documentation integrity

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a degree or diploma in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling or a similar field
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Naviswork software for BIM modeling and coordination
