Responsibilities
Drive the sales and marketing of cell biology and proteomics instruments, chromatography products, and reagents in Singapore to support business growth
Conduct technical sales visits, deliver product presentations, and provide expert consultation based on customers’ research needs
Evaluate new technologies and develop targeted product marketing plans to increase market penetration
Collaborate closely with Application Scientists and Service Engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
Apply practical knowledge of protein research techniques, including chromatography, electrophoresis, Western blotting, and imaging, to support technical sales and customer enquiries
Requirements
Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
Relevant laboratory, technical sales, application support, or product support experience
Hands-on knowledge of protein research techniques and related laboratory instruments
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Customer-focused, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a technical sales environment
