About the Role

We are looking for a part-time SEO Content Specialist to help build and strengthen our organic search presence.

This is a hands-on, flexible role suited to someone with solid SEO and content-writing experience who understands how to create useful, search-optimised content and is comfortable using AI tools as part of their workflow.

You will work with our leadership team to identify content opportunities, improve SEO performance, and create high-quality content that helps our business reach the right audience through organic search.

This is a small, ongoing engagement of a few hours per week, so we are looking for someone who is self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Content

• Research keywords and search opportunities based on our audience and business goals, using tools such as Ahrefs.
• Write and optimise blog posts, articles, and website content following SEO best practices.
• Refresh existing content and improve on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headings) where there's an opportunity to boost visibility.

Backlinks & Performance

• Support backlink and link-building efforts, and monitor performance using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Use performance insights (rankings, traffic) to shape future content decisions.

AI-Assisted Workflow

• Use AI tools to support research, drafting, and content ideation — always fact-checking and editing rather than publishing raw AI output.

Technology-Aware Content

• Research and write confidently about technology, AI, and automation topics, translating them into clear content for a business audience.

RequirementsMust Have

• Proven experience in SEO and content writing, including hands-on use of Ahrefs or a similar tool.
• Strong written and spoken English, with clear communication skills and excellent grammar.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of a modern content workflow, while maintaining quality and originality.
• Experience writing about technology, AI, software, or business topics, or the ability to research unfamiliar technical subjects and write about them accurately.
• Self-directed and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Search Console / Google Analytics, or backlink outreach.
• Prior experience with B2B, SaaS, or technology companies.

Pay: RM2,289.83 - RM8,345.13 per month
