**Job Summary**
We are seeking 7 dedicated Condo Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our client condominium facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to creating a pleasant living environment for residents.
**Job Description**
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas including lobbies, corridors, lift lobbies, staircases, and recreational facilities
• Execute thorough cleaning of toilets, bins, and waste disposal areas whilst adhering to hygiene and safety protocols
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery in accordance with safety guidelines
• Respond promptly to ad-hoc cleaning requests and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises
**Job Requirements**
• Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance preferred
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
