NPI Engineer – Manufacturing / Electronics

Salary: Basic up to S$5,500 + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm
Location: Serangoon North
Annual Leave: From 14 days

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced NPI Engineer with strong PCBA, EMS or medical device manufacturing experience to manage new product introduction and product transfer activities from development through mass production.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage NPI projects, including timelines, resources and production readiness.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities.
• Support product engineering and production issue resolution.
• Coordinate ECN, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain product and manufacturing documentation.
• Manage First Article Approval (FAA), quality plans and manufacturing records.
• Support continuous improvement and ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCBA, EMS or electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience in NPI, product transfer and manufacturing process development.
• Strong experience in ECN management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience in medical device / OEM manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements is an advantage.
