Tanggungjawab

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening and interviewing to placement.
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding of migrant workers.
  • Coordinate documentation, work pass applications and deployment arrangements.
  • Liaise with clients to understand manpower requirements and provide suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates,
  • Ensure recruitment processes and documentation comply with relevant Singapore regulations.
  • Monitor recruitment progress, timelines and placement outcomes.
  • Improve recruitment processes and develop effective candidate sourcing strategies.
