About Us

Techcare Innovation is a growing rehabilitation technology company dedicated to developing innovative solutions that improve quality of life. We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help us build product awareness, engage customers, create compelling marketing content, and drive sales as we bring our rehabilitation technology to the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare quotations and invoices.
• Collect and document customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Coordinate product delivery and related arrangements.
• Organise CME sessions and webinars, including scheduling, materials, and logistics.
• Create and manage blog and educational content.
• Plan and maintain regular social media updates.
• Support and maintain consistent brand identity across marketing channels.
• Coordinate printing, production, and distribution of marketing materials.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Sports Science, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience are an added advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point.
• Basic design skills using Canva are preferred; video shooting and editing skills are an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and possess own transportation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
