Job Summary

Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure high service quality. Manage, train, and supervise clinic staff while coordinating with TCM physicians to support smooth patient care. Handle patient feedback to continuously improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to maintain efficient workflows and high service standards
• Manage, train, and supervise clinic staff to enhance team performance and service delivery
• Coordinate with TCM physicians to facilitate seamless patient care and communication
• Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer experience
• Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating staff and resolving operational challenges
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and patients to ensure clarity and responsiveness
• Organize clinic resources and schedules to optimize operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• More than 8 years of relevant working experience
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of clinic operations
