  • Explain the key features, benefits, and technical specifications of the products to potential customers.
  • Perform live demonstrations (if applicable) to show how the product works.
  • Understand customer’s needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Answer customer queries related to pricing, compatibility, installation and warranty.
  • Drive product sales targets through persuasive selling techniques.
  • Assist customers in making purchase decisions.
