JOB DESCRIPTION

FINANCE

• To prepare and monitor daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly cash flows for the group of companies.
• Prepare weekly report for post financial flow and trade finance.
• Manage and prepare application of trade facilities.
• Record trade finance and interest for the group of companies (Bank Acceptance, Bank Guarantee, Revolving Contract).
• Manage all banking matters related to current account opening, maintenance of current account, purchase of motor vehicle, credit card application etc).
• Prepare cash sales and commission report.
• Monitor repayments of monthly BA and RC (Sales & Purchase).
• Prepare bank reconciliation and ensure bank statements are accurate for yearly audit.
• Maintain banking data and trade information for the group of companies.
• Liaise with bankers for all banking and finance related matters.
• ACCOUNT
• Ensure timely and accurate closure of month-end accounts and preparation of profit report.
• To perform a periodic review of accounting controls in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of all data in compliance with the management directive and legal requirements.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly management accounts and schedules as per stipulated deadlines.
• Accounting & Financial functions and ensure compliance with Internal Control Procedures.
• To perform periodic checking on accounting documents and records.
• Issuing of invoices to customers and follow-up payments from customers.
• Maintenance of Fixed Assets register.
• Liaison with external Auditors, Tax Agents, and Company secretaries on related financial matters.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments in relation to account and finance function as directed by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably with 2 to 3 years of audit working experience and/or from a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in MYOB & Auto Account is preferable.
• Experience / with knowledge in e-invoicing is preferable.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
