Kerja Sepenuh Masa Head of Department (Foreign Worker Management - Compliance), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily foreign worker management operations and supervise the team.

-Manage PLKS, work permits, FOMEMA, levy, insurance, passport, renewals, transfers, and repatriation.

-Ensure compliance with Malaysian immigration and foreign worker regulations.

- Liaise with Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia, JTK, FOMEMA, clients, and manpower partners.

-Maintain accurate worker records and compliance documentation.

- Participate in ISO audits, prepare audit documents, and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.

-Ensure departmental SOPs and ISO requirements are properly implemented.

Handle client escalations and foreign worker-related operational matters.

Requirements:

-Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Quality Management, or related field.

-3–5 years of relevant experience in foreign worker management, recruitment agency, manpower outsourcing, HR, or compliance.

-Basic to good knowledge of Malaysian foreign worker and immigration requirements.

-Experience handling PLKS, FOMEMA, levy, work permits, and related documentation.

-Experience in ISO audit and compliance; knowledge of ISO 9001 is an advantage.

-Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
