Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing, interview coordination and offer administration
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while working closely with hiring managers on manpower needs
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and workplace enquiries
• Coordinate training programmes, development initiatives and performance improvement plans
• Support managers in goal setting and monitoring employee performance
• Maintain employee records and ensure strict confidentiality of HR documentation and data
• Prepare HR reports covering recruitment performance, employee turnover and workforce insights
• Assist in HR projects and employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and recruitment campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,300.00 per month
