Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, from pre-event setup to post-event breakdown

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event execution and timely delivery of services

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand event requirements and objectives

Manage event logistics including catering, audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and transportation

Handle registration processes, guest lists, and on-site coordination to ensure a seamless attendee experience

Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure events are delivered within allocated limits

Gather post-event feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement

Create and maintain event documentation including contracts, schedules, and checklists

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement

Able to work well under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes or challenges
