Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager and monitor site activities (as per schedule) on the project, the field team and people on site ensuring that quality and safety standards are not compromised.
• Monitor that projects are on time, within budget and in accordance with the contract scope and specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress and ad-hoc reports for projects.
• Prepare documents for procurement of materials with allocated budget.
• Carry out site surveys and prepare proposals for submission.
• Liaise with the client for design and with management team, supply chain and vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors and internal support functions.
• Attend meetings with clients and contractors (presentation will be required).
• Assist to prepare progress claims.
• Be fully accountable for the overall financial result of each project and regularly monitor and review progress against plan and where necessary take action to mitigate on overspending in costs.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Project Management or equivalent.
  
  

Experience

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  
  

Specific Skills/Knowledge

• Familiar with Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Project.
