• Assist the Production Supervisor in managing daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Ensure production activities comply with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and quality requirements.
• Ensure employees follow proper hygiene practices, including wearing appropriate PPE and maintaining personal cleanliness.
• Assist in supervising and guiding production workers during daily operations.
• Allocate workers to production tasks according to production requirements.
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation of production quantities, wastage, downtime, and material usage.
• Report production performance and operational issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or production operations.
• Able to supervise production workers and work effectively with QA/QC, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other departments.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
