Join a newly established integrated healthcare campus in Woodlands and take on a key finance role supporting financial planning, costing, budgeting and business analysis across a growing healthcare environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to apply strong analytical skills in a dynamic setting, contribute to meaningful financial projects and work closely with stakeholders on initiatives that support better healthcare delivery.

What You’ll Be Driving

• Lead and support financial projections, budgeting and Average Bill Size analysis
• Drive annual fee revision reviews, including preparation and analysis for relevant submissions
• Perform costing, pricing and financial evaluations for healthcare services and new initiatives
• Support the rollout of new service packages and financial models
• Participate in the implementation and enhancement of costing systems, including cost modelling for assigned business areas
• Review billing-related requests, perform testing and support resolution of system issues
• Participate in UAT and system enhancement projects
• Conduct financial simulations and evaluations to support policy changes and business decisions
• Partner with internal stakeholders on ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience
• Relevant experience within the healthcare or government sector is required
• Background in FP&A, management accounting, budgeting, costing or financial analysis will be highly relevant
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
• Experience with SAP, Excel, National Billing System (NBS), RPA, UAT or analytical tools will be advantageous
