Job Scope:

Assist in recruitment & onboarding process

Update employee records & filing

Support daily HR & admin operations

Prepare HR-related documents

Requirements:

Studying HR, Business Admin or related field

Good communication & organizational skills

Finance Intern

Job Scope:

Assist in data entry & invoice processing

Help with bank reconciliation & basic reports

Maintain financial records and documents

Support the finance team in daily tasks

Requirements:

Studying Accounting, Finance or related field

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Purchasing Intern

Job Scope:

Assist in sourcing & price comparison

Prepare Purchase Orders (PO)

Follow up with suppliers

Update purchasing records

Requirements:

Studying Supply Chain, Business or related field

Detail-oriented & able to multitask

Working days / hour:

Monday to Friday

10.00am - 6.30pm

Saturday WFH

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM850.00 per month
