The core duties of the executive will be Sales,Coordinate with marketing agency & Management in various marketing activities

Duties are as listed below:

• Assist admission and support in planning marketing initiatives as and when required
• Ensure target leads are generated and corresponding marketing activities are planned and executed from time to time
• Assist admissions in sales calls and targets are met time to time
• Ensure that effective and efficient systems and procedures are in place as per ERF requirements of SSG advertisement code of conduct
• Plan local marketing strategies, oversee the preparation of artwork for marketing materials and advertisements in all Social Media platforms as well as print media.
• Develop content and write ups for communication in school newsletter and external print media
• Ensure all activity/news are uploaded on parent portals as well as Social Media platforms
• Collaborate with teachers and vendors in shoots for ads and developing materials for courses, advertisements etc.
• Responsible for coverage of activities of Activities of GIG on local/relevant media
• Ensure updating of website content as per SSG requirements
• Ensure budgets are adhered to
• Student Contract Management ( SSC) and familiarity with Admission process and SSG guidelines of singapore is added advantage

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per month
