Roles and Responsibilities of an Interior Designer

• Understand the client’s needs, preferences, and budget.
• Plan and organize spaces for functionality and comfort.
• Develop design concepts, color schemes, and layouts.
• Select furniture, materials, finishes, and lighting.
• Prepare drawings, plans, and 3D designs.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project progress.
• Supervise installation and ensure quality.
• Follow safety, building, and accessibility regulations.
• Create spaces that are functional, safe, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing.
