Job Purpose
To provide day-to-day IT support to employees and assist the IT team in maintaining the company's hardware, software, network and IT systems to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Technical Support - Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software and IT-related issues
2. Network & System Support - Assist in monitoring the company's LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and other network facilities
3. IT Security - Assist in maintaining antivirus, security updates and user access controls
4. User & Helpdesk Support - Receive, record and follow up on IT complaints and service requests
5. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain IT documentation, user accounts, system information and equipment records

Qualification: Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
