Responsibilities
Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to selection, onboarding and offboarding.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer preparation, onboarding and staff orientation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure all required personal documents are properly maintained.
Coordinate with relevant business units on manpower movements, including contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment and resignation.
Handle Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card and other required identification card processing.
Support day-to-day HR operations, including handling HR-related queries, reports and employee data management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate payroll processing and resolve payroll-related matters.
Participate in HR process improvement projects, events, functions and other HR initiatives.
Review and enhance HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and regulations.
Support other HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in recruitment/TA and HR operations will be an advantage.
Knowledge of HRIS/HRMS systems and experience in maintaining employee data is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work in a dynamic environment, adaptable to changes and able to multitask.
