Job Responsibilities

- Assist the Sales Manager in planning, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop potential customers and business relationships.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and follow up on customer enquiries.

- Prepare and review quotations, sales proposals, invoices and other sales-related documents.

- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products or services.

- Monitor sales activities, customer orders and outstanding payments.

- Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers when required.

- Assist in monitoring sales performance and preparing regular sales reports for management.

- Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving sales or service-related issues.

- Support the Sales Manager in managing the sales team and coordinating daily sales activities.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.

- Ensure sales activities and documentation comply with company policies and procedures.

- Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.

- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or senior sales role.

- Experience in sales coordination, customer relationship management and business development.

- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Able to prepare quotations, sales reports and other business documents accurately.

- Self-motivated, responsible and target-oriented.

- Able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Good command of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

- Willing to travel or meet customers when required.

- Candidates with experience in the construction, engineering, building materials or related industries will have an added advantage.
