Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise and commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and business decision-makers.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, client engagement and solution discussion to proposal and closure.
• Understand client requirements and work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates and forecasts.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Experience in SI, Software/Product or IT Solutions is preferred.
• Strong client engagement, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable engaging with IT managers, Heads of IT and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong commercial mindset with good understanding of B2B technology sales.
• Proactive, target-driven and able to work independently.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
