We are looking for personable, service-oriented Waiters / Senior Waiters to join our floor team and help deliver the warm, attentive hospitality that defines the temper. experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and host guests, creating a welcoming and personalised first impression
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, including guiding guests through the wine list and daily recommendations
• Deliver attentive, well-paced table service from seating through to bill settlement
• Operate the POS system for order entry, billing, and payment collection
• Set up and clear tables, maintaining a clean and guest-ready dining area throughout service
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate order delivery
• Respond to guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally, escalating to a supervisor where needed
• Maintain proper wine service etiquette, including glassware handling, pouring, and presentation
• Uphold hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times
• Support opening and closing side duties and other operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B service preferred; candidates with a genuine interest in wine and hospitality are encouraged to apply
• Wine knowledge not necessary
• Pleasant, guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced service environment
• Team player who works well under supervision and takes initiative
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
