About the Role

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a broader leadership role and deepen your exposure across the full HR spectrum?

We are looking for an HR & Administration Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading the day-to-day delivery of our people and administration agenda.

This is a hands-on HR leadership role with broad exposure across talent acquisition, employee and industrial relations, performance management, learning and development, workforce management, HR compliance and administration.

For someone who wants to continue developing as an HR leader, this role provides the opportunity to move beyond a single HR specialization — working closely with business leaders, managing real people and operational challenges, leading a team and contributing to the continuous improvement of the HR function.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the HR & Administration function, ensuring effective and timely service delivery.
• Manage the execution of key HR activities across talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, learning & development and administration.
• Partner with Department Heads and operational teams on manpower requirements, people matters and workforce priorities.
• Manage employee and industrial relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues, ensuring they are handled fairly and consistently.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations, company policies, statutory requirements and audit standards.
• Oversee foreign worker and immigration-related administration and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Support workforce planning and manpower availability to meet operational and business requirements.
• Monitor HR & Administration KPIs and use data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive improvements to HR processes, systems and ways of working to strengthen efficiency and employee experience.
• Manage HR & Administration budgets, vendors and relevant cost-optimization initiatives.
• Oversee administration services and ensure effective support to business operations.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR & Administration team, setting clear expectations and building capability and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of HR & Administration experience, with at least 1–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Broad HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development and HR operations.
• Experience within a manufacturing, supply chain or industrial environment would be highly valuable.
• Strong working knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
• Practical exposure to industrial relations, foreign worker administration, compliance and audit requirements.
• Experience leading and developing an HR/Administration team.
• Familiarity with HRIS, HR reporting and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
