Kerja Separuh Masa, Event Sales Specialist di Sleebbee - Maukerja

Hey! We’re looking to build a small onsite team in Singapore to help run pop-up events.

I’m currently based in Norway, so I unfortunately can’t be there myself and I’m looking for someone reliable who can essentially be my person on the ground.

The Events Specialist role would involve:

• Coordinating, handling event logistics and liaising with venue partners during the event
• Setting up and tearing down the pop-up
• Looking after the Sleebbee space and stock
• Speaking to customers and introducing them to the brand/products
• Helping with sales and payments
• Keeping track of inventory
• Taking some simple photos/videos during the event
• Handling any small issues that come up on the day and keeping me updated

It’s a paid role per event, and I’ll provide everything you need about the products, pricing and how I’d like the space to be run. You won't be working alone, there will usually be 2 specialists at any one event, especially on weekends.

You don’t need to have retail experience, but I’d love someone who has an eye for visual setups, is an extrovert, responsible, comfortable talking to people and can work independently.
