Job Overview

Responsible for coordinating day-to-day floor and event operations at the assigned facility, ensuring soft services and supporting facility operations are delivered smoothly and according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end event and floor operations, from setup to completion.
• Ensure cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, customer service and other soft services are properly delivered.
• Conduct regular floor inspections and ensure the facility is maintained in good condition.
• Coordinate with cleaning, security, technical and other site teams during events and daily operations.
• Attend to client, tenant and event-related requests and coordinate timely solutions.
• Monitor manpower deployment and ensure the required services are available during events.
• Coordinate event setup, room preparation, changeover and dismantling activities.
• Report operational issues, defects and service deficiencies to the relevant team for follow-up.
• Ensure site operations comply with the required SOP, service standards and client requirements.
• Prepare basic shift/event reports and handover information.
• Perform other duties related to facility and event operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Event Management or related field.
• Experience in facility, event, hospitality or building operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work on a 3-shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
