Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- In charge of the all business and clients and responsible for the revenue of the company
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and treatments.
- Perform a variety of beauty services, including facials, skincare treatments, makeup application, and other aesthetic services as required.
- Maintain a high level of service and professionalism to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Promote and upsell beauty products and services to meet sales targets.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met in the treatment areas.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a beauty consultant, beautician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for beauty and customer care.
- Ability to work on weekends and hours from 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM.
- Relevant beauty knowledge/ certification is a plus.
