Responsibilities:
Promote and demonstrate health supplements to customers at retail locations, pharmacies, or during events.
Educate customers on the benefits, ingredients, and proper usage of products.
Provide tailored health advice and product recommendations based on individual customer needs.
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets while monitoring product performance.
Maintain product displays to ensure they are neat, well-stocked, and aligned with branding standards.
Address customer inquiries with professionalism and deliver outstanding service.
Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the sales or marketing team.
Participate actively in promotional events, campaigns, and product launches as necessary.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent qualification; candidates with a background in Nutrition, Health Sciences, or a related field will have an added advantage.
Relevant experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Genuine passion and interest in health, nutrition, and wellness.
Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
