About Prudernly

Prudernly is a financial services practice working with Prudential Assurance Malaysia and Prudential BSN Takaful. We help individuals, families and business owners understand what matters, prepare for uncertainty and decide with care, covering protection, savings, keyman and estate planning.

What makes us different is how we work. AI (Claude) is built into everything we do, inside the team and with our clients: research, needs analysis, plan preparation, follow-ups, even our own operating system. The AI does the heavy lifting, so our people can spend their time on judgement, trust and relationships.

The internship

You'll work directly with Ern, our founder, on the real business: not coffee runs, not a side project.

What you'll do

• Financial analysis: help prepare clients' financial health checks and compare protection and savings options, with AI as your co-pilot.
• Business development: research companies and business owners for keyman, employee benefits and corporate talks, and help prepare proposals.
• Operations with AI: help run our pipeline, follow-ups and reporting on Prudernly's own AI-powered system. You'll learn how a modern practice actually runs.
• Content: help write clear, useful articles and posts that explain money matters to Malaysian families and businesses.
• Client events: support talks, roadshows and client sessions from planning to follow-up.

Who we're looking for

• A student in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or Actuarial Science (or a related field), needing an industrial training placement
• Curious about AI and technology, and keen to use it every day
• Comfortable with numbers and Excel; Power BI or similar is a plus
• A clear communicator in English (BM is a plus)
• Takes ownership, asks good questions, and treats people's information with care
