About The Role
The SeniorAnalyst – Order to Cash is responsible for executing end-to-end Order-to-Cash(OTC) activities, including customer master data maintenance, sales orderprocessing, billing, revenue accounting and cash application within thedesignated financial ERP system. The role ensures transactions are processedaccurately, completely and on time in line with customer contracts, supportingdocumentation, service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators(KPIs) and applicable control requirements.
Therole works closely with internal stakeholders and Digital & Technology(D&T) teams to resolve operational and system-related issues, supportperiod-end closing and audit requirements, and deliver responsive serviceacross supported regions and time zones
What You’ll Do
- Manageassigned activities across the end-to-end OTC cycle, including customer masterdata, sales orders, billing, revenue accounting and cash application.
- Reviewcustomer contracts, approvals and supporting documentation to confirm thattransactions are complete, accurate and appropriately authorized beforeprocessing.
- Processrequests and financial transactions within agreed SLAs and KPIs whilemaintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and customer service.
- Prepareand post billing and revenue entries in accordance with company accountingpolicies, applicable ASC 606 requirements and SOX controls.
- Performperiod-end closing activities, including required reconciliations, reviews,issue follow-up and submission of supporting schedules within establisheddeadlines.
- Investigatetransaction exceptions, billing discrepancies, unapplied cash and other OTCissues; coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboratewith D&T and system support teams to diagnose and resolve ERP, workflow andinterface issues affecting service delivery.
- Respondpromptly and professionally to internal customer queries, providing clearstatus updates and practical resolution paths.
- Maintaincomplete and accurate process documentation, transaction evidence and audittrails in accordance with company and Shared Service Centre procedures.
- Supportinternal and external audit requests by providing accurate data, explanationsand supporting documentation within required timelines.
- Monitorrecurring issues, control gaps and process inefficiencies; contribute toroot-cause analysis, standardization, automation and continuous-improvementinitiatives.
- Workcollaboratively across teams, regions and time zones to manage priorities, meetdeadlines and ensure effective hand-offs.
- Performother related responsibilities and project assignments as directed by thesupervisor or manager.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’sdegree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Arelevant professional qualification or progress towards one is advantageous.
- Professionalproficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly withstakeholders across supported regions.
- 2to 3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, preferably from SharedService Centre (SSC) or similar company setup.
- Workingknowledge of end-to-end OTC processes, including customer master data, salesorders, billing, revenue accounting and cash application.
- Understandingfinancial controls, reconciliations, audit requirements and service performancemeasures such as SLAs and KPIs.
- Knowledgeof company accounting policies, ASC 606 revenue-recognition principles and SOXrequirements is advantageous.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experiencewith financial ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SAP or any otherrelated system knowledge is advantageous.
- Abilityand willingness to support stakeholders across different regions and time zoneswhen required.
