Responsibilities:

• Oversee the credit and collections activities of the organisation.
• Implement and improve the credit policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve credit and collections issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the credit and collections process.
• Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the creditworthiness of customers prior to onboarding.
• Prepare and present reports on credit and collections activities to senior management.
• Lead and motivate a team of credit and collections professionals.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
• Review and approve credit applications.
• Provide training and support to team members on credit and collections procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
