Salary: RM7,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee payroll, statutory contributions and HR administration.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary and performance matters.
• Oversee attendance, leave, probation and confirmation processes.
• Manage compensation, benefits and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide HR advice and support to Management and Department Heads.
• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the HR team.
• The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR functions, be able to work independently, and effectively support Management on HR-related matters.
