Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounts)

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can independently handle a full set of accounts and manage the company’s daily accounting activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Manage daily accounting transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly closing, management accounts and financial reports.
• Reconcile sales and payments from TikTok Shop, Shopee, the company website and other platforms.
• Manage invoices, supplier payments, payroll, staff commissions and claims.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and company secretaries when required.
• Maintain proper accounting records and assist with other accounting-related duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum one year of relevant accounting experience.
• Must be able to handle a full set of accounts independently.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting or similar accounting software.
• Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
