Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and responsible Customer Service Representative to handle enquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries to provide accurate information and assistance
• Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Process customer orders efficiently and follow up on requests to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records for reference and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues collaboratively
