The Valuation Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Georgetown, Penang. The role involves conducting property inspections, collecting and analysing market data, carrying out property valuations, and preparing valuation reports.

The Valuation Executive will work closely with clients, colleagues, and external parties, monitor market trends, maintain assignment records, and assist with research, consultancy, and business development activities.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good report writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of property markets and valuation principles.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with valuation or GIS software is an advantage.
• Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Valuation, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Candidates pursuing or holding relevant professional valuation qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Able to conduct site inspections and work independently.
