Job Responsibilities

Production (Assembly) Department

  • Assist with product assembly and production activities.
  • Learn to read and follow engineering drawings.
  • Handle tools and equipment safely.
  • Assist with quality checks, rework and repairs.
  • Support productivity, delivery and continuous improvement.

Planning Department

  • Assist with daily planning and scheduling.
  • Support data collection and basic analysis.
  • Coordinate with other departments on daily activities.
  • Assist with reports and other planning tasks.

Customer Care Department

  • Assist with customer enquiries and incoming calls.
  • Support sales order processing and delivery follow-up.
  • Track order collection and delivery status.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics team for on-time delivery.

Supply Chain Department

  • Assist with purchasing, inventory, logistics and warehouse activities.
  • Support inventory monitoring and record keeping.
  • Assist with supplier and order follow-up.
  • Prepare purchasing and logistics documents.
  • Support reports and other SCM tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Production (Assembly): Diploma/Bachelor in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Planning & Customer Care: Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Supply Chain: Diploma/Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Basic analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
