Job Summary

As a Guest Services Officer - Telephone Operator, you will deliver excellent guest service by supporting the Guest Services Centre team to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Rooms Division.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest telephone inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth operations of the Guest Services Centre
• Use telephone systems (PABX) and Opera software to manage guest requests and reservations accurately
• Communicate clearly and courteously with guests to resolve issues and provide information
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests using MS Office and email tools
• Adapt to shift work schedules including weekends and public holidays to provide consistent service
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude to support team goals and guest experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum G.C.E. "O" levels
• Experience in hotel or call centre operations (1-2 years) is advantageous
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Skills in using MS Office, email, Opera, and PABX systems are assets
