JOBSCOPE FOR INTERNSHIP STUDENT – CHEK HUP - ACCOUNT Dept

• Process and key in supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare supplier payment documents and banking documents.
• Check and reconcile suppliers' Statements of Account (SOA).
• Conduct and assist in scheduled physical stock counts.
• Maintain proper records and filing of invoices, payments and stock count documents.
• Update utility records and related Excel reports.
• Calculate and prepare scrap sales information.
• Follow up on discrepancies in invoices, payments, stock records and related documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must currently pursue at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field. or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with relationship building skills
• High performing team-player, able to function both independently and collaboratively
• Self-starter who has an appetite for learning and is driven to excel and grow
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Minimum internship duration of 4 months

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 per month
