Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Lalamove and other delivery bookings for customer and company deliveries.
• Coordinate and arrange courier services and delivery arrangements.
• Assist in receiving incoming goods and checking Goods Received (GR) against delivery documents.
• Ensure received goods are properly checked, counted and recorded.
• Assist with packing, labelling and preparing products for delivery.
• Ensure products are properly packed and protected before shipment.
• Prepare items according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Monitor delivery status and follow up with courier or delivery partners when required.
• Support the logistics team in daily operational tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Detail-oriented, especially when checking goods and delivery documents.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to perform hands-on tasks such as packing and preparing goods for delivery.
• Able to work in a fast-paced SME environment.
