Kerja Sepenuh Masa Mill Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di Sern Lee Palm Oil Mill Sdn. Bhd. Perak - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily mill operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mill equipment and machinery.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues affecting production.
• Optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, fuel, and other resources to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and operational standards.
• Supervise maintenance personnel, technicians, and contractors.
• Prepare and maintain operational, maintenance, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including MPOB, DOSH, DOE, and MSPO standards.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mill performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities on technical matters and projects.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or improvements when necessary.
• Participate in budgeting and cost control for maintenance and engineering activities.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
