Job Summary

You will lead and manage utility diversion and protection works for roadwork projects, coordinating with agencies and project teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage utility diversion and protection works for roadwork projects to ensure timely and safe completion
• Liaise with LTA, utility agencies, consultants, and subcontractors to coordinate services and resolve issues
• Implement and enforce safe work procedures to prevent damage to services/utilities, especially during excavation
• Review utility drawings, service plans, and method statements to verify accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with project teams to sequence utility clearance and related works effectively
• Prepare and submit detailed reports, submissions, and as-built records for project documentation
• Identify and resolve site utility conflicts and technical issues to maintain project progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Hands-on experience in LTA projects and utility coordination/diversion works
• Familiarity with LTA specifications, procedures, and submission processes
• Ability to read and coordinate utility and services drawings
