Now, we’re looking for a new M&A Analyst to join our commando squad — someone who’s not just looking for a job, but a mission: to help build the most effective, relentless, and respected mid-market investment banking team in Asia-Pacific.

️ The Role

You’ll be working directly with dealmakers across Southeast Asia and Japan, supporting live and upcoming transactions. Expect exposure from day one — you’ll touch everything from financial modelling and valuation to IM writing, buyer research, and due diligence coordination.

You’ll operate in a fast, no-excuses, high-trust environment, where everyone has a seat at the table and every deal is a chance to prove your edge.

What You’ll Do

• Build robust financial models, valuation analyses (EV/EBITDA, DCF, comps, etc.)
• Prepare investment materials (teasers, CIMs, pitch decks, NDAs, SPAs, etc.)
• Conduct strategic buyer/seller research across Asia-Pacific, Japan, and Europe
• Support deal execution — from LOI to closing
• Manage due diligence trackers, VDRs, and coordinate with legal, tax, and financial advisors
• Stay on top of industry trends in manufacturing, logistics, tech, and B2B services
