Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through live chat and email.
• Provide clear and accurate product information to customers.
• Follow up with customers and ensure their enquiries are properly resolved.
• Gather customer feedback and share suggestions with the team or supervisor.
• Maintain a positive, professional, responsible, and empathetic attitude.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work on a rotational shift schedule.
• Must have own PC/Laptop for WFH.
