What You'll Do
Partner with Department Managers to map end-to-end business processes, identify gaps, and recommend digital transformation initiatives
Design, develop and maintain internal business applications, including system integrations, APIs and backend services
Build AI-powered and RPA solutions using tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate or UiPath
Lead projects end-to-end — from opportunity identification and solution design through POC, UAT, pilot rollout and go-live support
Collaborate with Headquarters and regional DX teams to align local initiatives with broader group priorities
Provide ongoing application support, root cause analysis, documentation and user training
What You'll Need
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in business application development, automation or digital transformation
Proven experience leading cross-functional digital transformation or automation projects
Programming experience in Python, Node.js or PHP
Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures)
Experience with REST API integration
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath or similar RPA platforms
Familiarity with Generative AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder)
Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work independently
