Role Description The Corporate Paralegal will support lawyers in corporate, working on-site at the firm’s office in Singapore, or remotely. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with preparing legal and corporate documents, assisting with company formation and corporate secretarial tasks, and organizing closing sets and transaction documents. The role involves conducting legal and factual research, reviewing and summarizing contracts and corporate records, and maintaining accurate files and databases. The Corporate Paralegal will liaise with clients and external service providers, coordinate signatures and filings, and help ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and filing requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a proactive approach to supporting a fast-moving corporate practice.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in legal and corporate secretarial processes, ideally with experience in corporate, venture capital, or technology transactions.
• Proficiency in legal document Preparation, including drafting and formatting agreements, corporate resolutions, board minutes, and incorporation documents.
• Attention to detail in Document Review, with the ability to identify inconsistencies, track changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written communication with clients and internal teams and professional verbal communication.
• Diploma in law, legal studies, or a related field; prior experience as a corporate paralegal or legal executive in Singapore is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with competence in using standard office software and document management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
