Job Requirements

• Diploma qualification preferred; relevant qualifications may also be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of administrative tasks.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain trackers, calendars, records and documentation.
• Coordinate assignments and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Organise files, archives and knowledge management records.
• Support office administration and vendor coordination.
• Assist with audits, reporting and administrative projects.
• Handle confidential information in accordance with established procedures.
