Kerja Sepenuh Masa, PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE - RESERVATION | SETIA ALAM di Tripfort M Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review daily arrival list for next day and all information are correctly updated.
• Ensure all reservation bookings received either by fax or e-mail is keyed and reply to guests soonest possible.
• Monitor call handling so that opportunities in up-selling are maximized.
• Communicate with guest ,bookers ,travel agents and inter- department colleagues on room reservation related matters ,i.e room requirments, special request ,billing instructions ,payment collection etc
• Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all incoming correspondence pertaining to room reservation
• Process room reservation with utmost accuracy, attention to details and speed
• Provide assistance to the team for special requests or problems that may arise in the department.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Open for student and full time staff
• Good communication skills
• Fast learner and able to multitask
• Basic customer service skills (bonus)
• Able to work from office
• Able to work on weekdays and/or weekends — availability on both is an added advantage
