Job Description
- Coordinate daily project activities
- Monitor project progress and schedules
- Liaise with clients, contractors and the project team
- Arrange meetings and take meeting minutes
- Follow up on work progress and resolve coordination issues
- Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements
- Assist with site inspections and project handovers
- Monitor material delivery and project records
- Support the Project Manager in daily project operations
Job Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
